Wine Class: Impact Aromas

Impact aromas are responsible for your wine smelling more like fruits, flowers, and spices – not just grapes. Aromatics all have ‘causes’ triggered by either grape, place and/or process. It’s a little bit of science and chemistry mixed with art and agriculture. In the end, it’s a wonderfully complex beverage that is both enjoyable to drink and intriguing to solve. 

On Monday, November 22nd, join our sommelier and tasting extraordinaire Austin Tabbone as he guides you through some of the impact aromas of wine. By the end, you’ll be able to understand and appreciate what goes on into making your wine smell and taste the way that it does.  We hope you’ll be able to join us for this tasting experience.
